Well, how many pictures are on your camera or phone of a grey, cloudy sunset? You probably have a few with blazing colors. Same concept applies to food, especially healthy food, because sometime health food needs a little something to compare with its guilt-ridden counterparts.
vegetables give some aesthetic appeal, they will also add to another sense… touch!
By adding a little color and intrigue to your food, you stimulate another one of your senses. The more senses you add a positive stimulation to, the better the experience. You can try a sprig of parsley, or if you don’t have an herb garden going yet, try slicing some cucumber or celery. Not only will those two vegetables give some aesthetic appeal, they will also add to another sense… touch! (Try this especially if you are craving some fried food )
