Each week, mental health professional Nick Steffens, CMHC-I, will present a new topic, followed by a group discussion. Participants are encouraged to suggest topics they would like to explore.
Nick Steffens, CMHC-I, is a therapist focusing on men's mental health. Over the course of the month, we will explore questions and challenges that many men face today: Relationship communication, trends in fatherhood, anger management, sense of purpose, and identifying substance abuse, to name a few.
Nick will present on a topic each week, which will be followed by a facilitated group discussion. Our goal is to build community and self awareness through education and sharing. Participants are encouraged to suggest topics they would like to explore.
Please note, this is a community support group, not therapy.
